    Do we have to replace our existing PACS?

    Not necessarily. PACSY can extend your existing PACS with image sharing and portals, or act as your cloud PACS. We plan the right integration with your team.

    How do patients get their images?

    Your practice releases a study digitally. Patients can select “View your images” to open browser access and enter the access code for their shared study. They can also receive, view and share their images in the PACSY app.

    How do we get started?

    Register your organization. Our team discusses your needs with you by phone, then activates your access. You can also explore PACSY in a personal demo first.

    What is available today?

    Cloud PACS, the medical DICOM viewer, image sharing, patient and referrer access, and dictation and reporting are integrated. The inbox is rolling out in stages; please confirm availability for your organization with our team. Chat, API integrations and RIS workflows remain Coming soon.

    Is there a minimum contract term?

    There is no minimum contract term. The cancellation period is one month to month-end. See the pricing page for full conditions, including the annual 5% price adjustment.
